Job description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (offline and online) with a focus on driving demand, increasing conversions at point of sale, and strengthening the brand.

  • Localize centrally available assets for the specific market context, ensuring both brand consistency and relevancy, including web contents (banners, website landing page any other web content), printed brochures and case studies together with the sales team to fully support the set Company Strategy

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, particularly around product activation and physical placement, balancing in-house and outsourced efforts (e.g., agencies, freelancers).

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team, including active participation in customer meetings, to capture insights that shape marketing approaches.

  • Provide feedback to HQ on market needs, trends, and campaign performance, facilitating effective use of shared resources and tools.

  • Manage the A&P and CAPEX budget, allocating funds wisely across diverse activities and channels, and tracking spend against returns.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes using appropriate analytics tools, refining strategies to maximize effectiveness.

  • Maintain brand alignment across all customer touchpoints by adhering to company guidelines and best practices.

  • Collect data, check and analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

  • Operate independently, without direct team-management responsibilities, but effectively coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Work according to the overall LIXIL behaviors of “Work with Respect”; “Do the right thing” and “Experiment and learn”

  • In cooperation with internal and external stakeholders ensure LIXIL’s long term Goal of “Provide sustainable growth”

Apply if:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, focusing on brand or product activation, campaign deployment, and cross-channel promotion.

  • Hands-on expertise with physical activations, such as product placement in retail or event settings.

  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proven ability to localize marketing assets, ensuring relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.

  • Budget management experience (A&P) with improving ROI (return on investment) mindset

  • Comfortable working independently without a formal team-management remit.

  • High level ability for cooperating and working in Matrix organization,

  • Sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google applications

  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and working with CRM will be a strong asset

  • The ability to build reports to monitor key clients and activities.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication, especially with Sales and HQ stakeholders; willingness to join customer meetings.
