Looking for a Category Leader in CZ sourcing team!

You will join a professional Sourcing team to lead sourcing activity for CZ projects and will be responsible for cost reduction, design change, delivery issues, etc during SCM activities. Your main challenges will be related to cost improvement and cooperate with local vendor or China sourcing team in headquarter.

Your Mission

Your mission is to drive and achieve all purchasing objectives and support related operation activities within global teams.

You Should Enjoy Doing the Following:

• Lead CZ sourcing activities in CZ plant. Mainly focusing on local European vendors. Sourcing needs to work with engineers to work out best solution for projects with lowest costs.
• Coordinate with CN sourcing team to maintain SCM delivery if necessary
• Well support in new business on RFQ stage
• Secure good supplier relationship and hold QBR with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, and take actions if necessary
• Drive and achieve the target on cost saving
• Cross-functional team work with RD, quality, AM, etc..

Your job would be harder without having these:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply chain management or material management
• A university degree in business, engineering or a related field
• Fluency in English, Experience with MS Office, SAP as an advantage
• Experience in negotiating, including basic legal understanding
• Financial and commercial understanding
• Personal Attributes:
