Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Reservations Agent to join our creative and dynamic Sales and Marketing team.
About the Role:
Your role will be to assist Four Seasons customers in the planning and booking aspect of their vacation, stay or visit. You will support guests/Travel agents/3rd parties on the phone, via email, online or combination of all. You will answer customers’ questions, make accommodation suggestions and book rooms, restaurant tables and spa treatments. Core Agent also answers and directs phone calls, chat conversations in courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying to all Four Seasons’ policies.
What You will do:
Understand availability and have extended knowledge about product (room types with their layout, rates, amenities, services etc.), CottoCrudo restaurant and AVA Spa offer.
Listen and communicate effectively and use selling strategies to close sales.
Answer direct inquiries for transient reservations and convert as many of these calls as possible into confirmed reservations.
Focus on the needs of the customer and be sensitive and accommodating to their requests.
Record all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed forms.
Update guest history, travel agency/company records on a regular basis.
What will You bring:
· Highs School or higher education.
· Previous experience in a hotel or guest facing luxury environment is a plus.
· Outstanding communications skills and command of the English language are essential. Czech or any other language is an advantage but not mandatory.
· Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
· Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Opera.

This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic.
This position is offered for a definite period of time of 12 months with a possible unlimited extension based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
