Job Description

As a Data Analyst at Packeta Group, you will play a critical role in building a data-driven organization. We are seeking a person who is not merely a data cruncher but a strategic advisor. This role entails a deep understanding of the business domain, identifying key performance indicators, and translating complex data into actionable business insights. As a data business partner, you will collaborate closely with various departments across the company. This role combines deep analytical expertise with business knowledge and demands a continuous commitment to learning and adapting. You Will Be Responsible For

• Translate business needs into data requirements and analytical solutions
• Interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
• Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Query and manage databases with advanced SQL skills
• Transform and manipulate data using Python, R, and M-Code
• Develop data models and calculations using DAX in Power BI
• Foster an environment of data literacy and accessibility within the organization
• Implement ETL processes and tools for data integration
• Develop automated data solutions
• Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and process improvements
• Adapt to new tools and technologies, continuously enhancing skill sets

You Will Need Following To Succeed

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong independent working capabilities, able to develop effective solutions quickly and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of telling compelling data stories
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis
• Passion for learning and a proactive approach to personal and professional development
• Proficiency in English and Czech language

You Will Get Extra Points For

• Previous data science experience is highly advantageous
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and others
• Skills in VBA, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, and MS Dynamics
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark and platforms like Databricks and Azure
• Understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing frameworks
