Your tasks:

• Acts as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound assignee population and their family members in the region
• Serves as hub for Global Mobility expertise, policy and process guidance to HR, Management and Employees
• Prepares cost calculations and assignment agreements in close collaboration with national HR and CU GM, supports with guidance on foreign hires
• Supports the development and roll-out of Global Mobility standards and projects
• Constantly checks for improvement in terms of processes, compliance and costs in the region

Requirements:

• Experience in Global Mobility, HR, or related fields, with a strong understanding of international processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and guide assignees and their families
• fluent English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing cost calculations and assignment agreements
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
• Quick and adaptable learner with a strong enthusiasm for mastering new topics
