For our valued client, strong international retail, and e-commerce brand with HQ in Germany, we are searching for a candidate to fill a role of a Brand Manager for B2C mobile application.

Successful candidate is going to be based in Prague´s office and will closely work with application brand teams in 3 other European countries (DE, SL and HU).

We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2-3 years of experience in digital and/or CRM marketing ideally within a consumer application environment. The Brand Manager will be responsible for implementing the corporate marketing mobile application strategy and channel management within Czech Republic and Slovakia, while cooperating with the local marketing team in Prague to ensure campaigns are communicated across other marketing channels consistently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Implementation of B2C application marketing strategy and continuous optimization of application campaigns in CZ & SK
• Project management within the CRM ecosystem
• Cross-departmental communication (both local and corporate Marketing, Product, e-commerce, UX design etc. teams)
• Preparation, testing and implementation of campaign activation measures
• Evaluation and reporting of the performance of individual campaigns and proposals for further measures
• Cooperation with external service providers involved in the implementation of campaigns

Profile/Core Competencies

• You have a bachelor's/master's degree (marketing or e-commerce of advantage)
• Several years of experience in campaigning in the mobile application environment
• Experience with implementing CRM management tools
• Organizational talent and experience with project management in international environment
• Hands-on experience with consumer applications preferred
• Tech savvy
• Native Czech/Slovak speaker, active knowledge of English (German is an advantage)
• Self-driven, pro-active, and independent approach to work
• Mature and open communicator with pragmatic approach
• Both creativity and analytical skills
• Quick grasp of complex, cross-departmental, and cross-border projects
