A great opportunity for experienced and skilled FACILITY & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Responsibility & daily tasks

• Oversee daily operation of facility, and address its needs for maintenance, cleaning, waste, and security operations
• Ensure external service providers follow planned schedules
• Lead local IT support personnel so scheduled tasks, and IT projects are delivered in time (no need IT skills, but be passion in is an advantage)
• Act as a business partner for local management, building owner, authorities, and safety consultants
• Manage building, outdoor areas, and equipment – installation, maintenance, inspections, and repairs to meet health and safety standards
• Handle supplier sourcing, tenders, and contract negotiations (equipment, repairs, inspections)
• Act as an owner for budgeting, and regular reporting to management and HQ
• Address crisis situations, develop disaster recovery plans, and implement facility/security procedures
• Conduct regular health and safety, fire prevention and working condition checks
• Oversee waste management, supervise cleaning services, and implement sustainable facility practices

• Proactive, independent & solution oriented person willing to help and support the others
• Out of box thinking, open mind and feedback sharing is essential
• Trouble solving character with responsibility and focus on formalization / standardization
• Outstanding organisational skills, ability to manage projects
• DIGI person - because we don´t like paper work, you should have positive approach to digitalization
• Ideally handy person who likes technologies, machines, tools...

Knowledge & skills

• High school – technical background and proven experience on similar position at least 3 years
• General awareness of technical solutions, procedures and operations
• Overall knowledge of technologies, hands on experience with the equipment maintenance
• User knowledge of MS office necessary + (D365 or any other ERP system is an advantage)
• English knowledge – at least intermediate level, Czech language necessary
