Customer experience is important for all companies and we have a passion for it. Global Support Centre (GSC) is a division inside IPSOS, based in Prague and dedicated to monitoring and management of customer experience via mystery shopping and its application.
At this moment we are seeking a passionate and experienced colleague, who will support the GSC team as a:
Marketing and Community Senior
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing marketing strategies to support the growth and engagement of our mystery shopping panels across seven countries.
Our Mystery Shopping Fieldwork team is dedicated to delivering high-quality mystery shopping data collection to help some of the world's biggest brands enhance their customer service. Based at the EU Regional Support Centre in Prague, we manage panels in France, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, each with a dedicated community requiring ongoing recruitment, engagement and maintenance. We are committed to ensuring our clients have the right panel members, in the right locations, and in the desired numbers, to provide actionable insights and drive their success.
What will you do:
- Listen to the needs of our country panel executives and convert this into marketing campaigns, engagement and onboarding to provide the panel members what they need
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, search engines, email etc.) to attract and recruit new panellists
- Manage and optimise our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Google, and others to increase brand awareness and drive panel registrations
- Work with our content creators and design team to create engaging content (text, images, videos) for different marketing channels, tailoring it to each platform, country and target audience
- Manage and improve the onboarding process for new panelists, ensuring a positive and informative experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve panel engagement and maintain activity rates
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing reports on key metrics and insights to guide future strategies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the field of online community management
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall company objectives
What we expect:
- Candidate already based in the Czech Republic (Prague)
- Knowledge of Czech is a big advantage
- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Experienced user of MS Office
- Personal commitment, drive, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for new experiences and responsibilities
