What You’ll Do?

• Collect and consolidate financial data across all departments.
• Identify deviations from budgets and forecasts and dig into the “why”.
• Prepare regular reports and insightful ad-hoc analyses.
• Take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Support managers in sales, marketing, network, and aftersales with financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local financial regulations.
• Collaborate with auditors.
• Make sure the month-end closing doesn’t feel like “the end of the world”.

Who You Are?

• Experience in a finance leadership role.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and financial control.
• Deep understanding of accounting and tax regulations.
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution.
• Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced skills in financial/reporting tools (MS Dynamics, BI, SAP, etc.).
• A university degree in finance, economics, or similar.
