We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and handling pay-related data for multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with HR stakeholders and business units to resolve compensation-related inquiries
• Process payroll data and perform pay calculations
• Handle employee queries related to payroll activities
• Update employee records for tenure progression changes
• Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings
