JOB DESCRIPTION
As HR Business Partner you are responsible for the execution of the local HR strategy. The main focus is to attract, develop and retain talent. HR Business Partner reports to HR Manager.
YOUR FUNCTION
• Your key task areas are recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development
• You work closely with the dedicated people managers to develop HR agenda that supports the business
• You are responsible for the local HR processes within a global framework
• Within the growing organization you participate in global HR projects
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor or master degree in social sciences
• Min. 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international project or manufacturing environment
• Senior in recruitment of engineering roles
• Knowledge of common HR methods & practices
• Team player & proactive
• Fluent in Czech and English
