What will you do?

Support to the CTO

  • Support in execution of back-office processes such as daily business operations tasks, invoicing, costs forecasting, SW license management, purchasing (purchase orders, framework contracts) etc

Support to the Team

  • High level analyses and technology market research of varied topics and presentation of outputs to the team or together with relevant colleagues

General

  • Participation on preparation of managerial reports
  • Suggest and delivery improvements in reporting increasing report’s precision and quality

SW Delivery Management

  • Support and coordination of project documentation preparation and updates
  • Administration of project meetings based on SCRUM methodology – organization, meeting minutes, tasks management
  • Act as bridge between internal client (Product Owners/Managers) and SW Development team
  • Coordinate, support and plan Technology team capacities based on current demand from project teams, current priorities and based on decisions from capacity planning meetings
  • Monitor SW delivery status, report and adjust plans accordingly

What will you need?

  • Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment would be a distinct advantage
  • At least general knowledge of project management – Project Timeline, budget, PM Tools, Gantt charts and agile project methodology
  • Advanced user of MS Office 365, especially advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel is a must
  • Skilled user of PM Tools - mainly JIRA
  • Self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented personality with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving targets; Ability to manage priorities
  • Native in Czech and advanced level of English (at least B2 – Upper-Intermediate) are required
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
