We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring efficient and effective workflows across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage and coordinate the activities of various operational teams, including reporting, requests processing, invoicing and customer service
• Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Contribute to the development of long-term operational plans and budgets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the certification/audit planning industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of both Czech and English language
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• PC Proficiency – advanced in using data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
