What You’ll Do?

• Take overall responsibility for the company’s direction, growth and daily operations
• Define and execute the overall business strategy and ensure commercial success.
• Build a strong management team
• Set up smart structures and decision-making processes
• Act as a key representative towards partners, the dealer network, the OEM and the wider group.

Who You Are?

• Experience in a top management or executive leadership role
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Natural leadership skills — you earn trust and drive clarity.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and a bias for action.
