We are looking for Medior/Senior Java Developer to strengthen current project team. The project is delivering Fraud Detection solution for our customers, big financial companies. Majority of the team is located in Prague, Czech Republic.
The platform builds on micro-services architecture and asynchronous communication patterns and is meant to be highly scalable and robust while utilizing open-source technology stack.


Your future duties and responsibilities

This role will require communication and interaction with internal and external clients, project manager and enterprise architecture. The

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for deliveries within integration team according to the project plan
Close cooperation with Project Manager and Solution Architect and other Team Leaders
Develop, implement and test new functionalities for our growing solution
Support and enhance existing services
Identify and action opportunities for process improvements and optimizations
Collaborate effectively with various departments, teams and staff across the organization


Required qualifications to be successful in this role


Essential Qualifications
• Experience of application integration
• Knowledge of Java with Spring Framework
• Knowledge of interface communication protocols such as REST/JSON and Kafka/AVRO
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL extensions (PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch and Redis is appreciated
• Enthusiasm for the technology and new challenges

It would be an advantage to have
• Experience on the similar position
• Experience with API design and testing
• Financial industry experience
