• English at a communicative level
• Previous experience in the Pharma / Health Care industry is a bonus (but not required)
• Practical PM experience for at least 2 years
• Understanding the team competencies and capabilities. Capability to work with other PMs and CTO to plan the right project for the team
• Knowledge / experience in working with different tech platforms such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Promo Mats, SFMC emailing tools, Web development or similar
• Experience in working with JIRA or any similar tool in order to manage tickets/workflow tickets in and works directly with Devs/QA
• Experience in speaking some degree of developer-ese to be able to translate from the business folk who can't
• Responsible for communication between devs/qa and the business side (e.g. to intake project and/or deliver it at the end)
• Ability to grab and review any feedback for revisions (from QA client), triages it to see if it makes sense and sends to dev
• Can multi-task and prioritize
• Are self-directed, proactive, and accountable problem solver
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Are highly organized, thorough, and motivated. Pays attention to the details.
• Are willing to learn and seeks out opportunities
• Participate in and develop project processes, contribute to project completion and be accountable to deadlines
• Exercise best practices, current trends, and come up with creative solutions to development problems or obstacles
