We are supporting a well-established financial services company in Prague, currently launching a strategic system stabilization project. This initiative focuses on securing and optimizing one of the company’s legacy core systems to ensure long-term operational stability.

The goal of the project is to address historical incidents, optimize internal processes, and implement necessary legislative updates. You will work directly with senior business stakeholders and lead the technical analysis and delivery decomposition activities.

What will you do:

• Analyze and understand legacy code in MS Access Oracle and environments

• Review and interpret business analysis documentation, including process diagrams

• Communicate directly with business owners to clarify requirements and propose solutions

• Break down complex requirements into smaller, manageable development tasks

• Assign tasks to developers and support the development team during implementation

• Perform quality assurance (QA) on delivered components to ensure alignment with requirements

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with MS Access Oracle and (read and understand code)

• Ability to read and interpret business analysis documents and workflows

• Excellent communication skills, especially when working closely with business requestors

• Experience decomposing larger deliveries into smaller technical components

• Proactive mindset with the ability to guide and support developers through the delivery lifecycle
