The company Inovan CZ, based in Zliv near České Budějovice, is a division of the global holding Prym, which combines two large industrial areas, namely textiles and automotive. You can see Prym products every day on the clothes of the world's biggest brands, and thanks to connectors from Inovan you can safely control your vehicle.

We are looking for an independent and communicative colleague to join our global team who is not afraid to take responsibility and can work in an international and dynamic environment in a position:

SALES BACK OFFICE

Your job will include:

• Preparation of commercial offers and contracts for domestic and foreign customers
• Close communication with colleagues in the sales department, other colleagues in the Czech Republic and Germany and customers
• Managing administrative processes and supporting the sales team
• Preparation of reports and statistics for the sales team
• Proactively resolve operational requirements and problems that you can effectively resolve independently
• User work with internal SAP system

What do we expect from you?

• High school/university education, ideally in business, economics or technology
• Previous experience in a similar position an advantage
• Good knowledge of German (min B2) and English (min. B2), ability to communicate in written and oral form
• Independence and responsibility in the performance of tasks
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level)
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving
