JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Forge and nurture robust relationships with our esteemed B2B partners, focusing on German market. Your charisma and expertise will be the pillars of these partnerships.
• Your main objective is to identify partners interested in promoting their own products & services in Škoda digital touchpoints (in-car infotainment & mobile application).
• Be the innovator who identifies untapped potential. Your insights will pave the way for new business horizons. Attend high-stakes meetings to supercharge revenue growth.
• Take the helm of the entire Partner management lifecycle – from scouting fresh prospects to seamless integration. Your end-to-end ownership will ensure flawless execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• Speak and write English fluently at a C1 level or higher. If German is in your arsenal, that's a brilliant bonus.
• Boast a track record of championing complex projects, backed by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial with a strong focus on results and achieving targets. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Radiate professionalism and confidence in your interactions. Your motivation, integrity, and knack for taking initiative set you apart.
• Your communication skills are a masterpiece. Collaborate, negotiate, and harmonize with both internal and external stakeholders to weave threads of cooperation.
• Think strategically and analytically. Your deep understanding of Škoda Auto's digital services and products adds an extra layer of finesse.
• While not mandatory, a sprinkle of knowledge in sales, marketing, and product development would definitely add a vibrant hue to your candidacy.
