Position: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Česká Třebová, Czech Republic
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Shaping and implementing the company's strategy
▪ Comprehensive management of the company's operations
▪ Oversight of the company's operational processes
▪ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key contractors
▪ Optimizing processes and overseeing the company's financial performance
Requirements:
▪ Experience in the manufacturing/automotive industry
▪ Fluent communication in English and Czech; German language skills will be an additional asset
▪ Willingness to relocate or spend at least 4 days per week at the factory
▪ A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in business management
▪ Commitment, decisiveness, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
▪ Team leadership abilities
▪ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles will be an additional asset
