• Être l’interface principale de nos clients francophones (appels, e-mails).
• Comprendre leurs besoins et bâtir une relation durable.
• Collaborer avec nos commerciaux terrain.
• Préparer les offres commerciales et suivre l’administration (commandes, paiements...).
• Participer à des salons et événements clients.

???? Ce qu’il vous faut:

• Français courant (C1) : vous l’utilisez tous les jours.
• Anglais ou tchèque de base = atout.
• Sens du service, sourire au téléphone.
• À l’aise avec MS Office.
• Sérieux·se, fiable et team player.

Are you fluent in French and passionate about customer relations? We’re looking for you to join our team in Ústí nad Labem!

???? Who are we?

Malfini is a modern, award-winning B2B textile company.
Our French-speaking team is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help each other.

???? What you’ll do:

• Be the main point of contact for our French customers (calls & emails).
• Understand their needs and build long-term relationships.
• Work closely with field sales reps.
• Prepare quotes and handle sales administration (orders, overdue invoices…).
• Occasionally attend trade fairs and customer events.

???? What we’re looking for:

• Fluent French (C1) – daily use required.
• Basic English or Czech is a plus.
• Friendly, customer-focused communication.
• Confident with MS Office.
• Reliable team player with integrity.

???? What you’ll get:
