We're looking for an Credits & Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team and play a key role in managing our customer payment process. You'll be responsible for everything from cash application and account reconciliation to credit analysis and collections. This role offers a chance to make a real impact on our business and work with some fantastic brands.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage customer payments, clearings, and banking operations.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
  • Ensure transactions comply with policies and SOX requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on collections and claims.
  • Analyze customer solvency and credit limits.
  • Manage accounts receivable files and financial records.
  • Review credit holds and release orders.
  • Prepare aging reports, discount/deduction reports, and month-end credit reports.
  • Lead credit committee meetings and perform DSO analysis.
  • Review new customer creation requests.
  • Initiate direct debits.
  • Support reporting activities and work with other countries as part of the European structure.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong Excel (or Google Sheets) skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (professional level)
  • Any other language is a plus
