Factory systems support analyst

In this role, with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity, you will be responsible for the complete life cycle of a existing IT system, from analyzing existing arrangements to implementing systems and providing training. Key accountabilities:

• Maintenance and support for IT Operations System (Manufacturing/Logistics/QA)
• User interaction to assist with resolution of issues, requests, and challenges related to supported systems.
• Incident management, including root cause analysis and coordination with other support teams.
• Analysis of IT-related business requirements and identification of potential solutions.
• Coordination of testing and validation before system updates are released to production.
• Proactive assessment of system state and identification of improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration with Service Managers on security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Maintenance of IT resilience and system lifecycle documentation

What are we looking for:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field is an asset.
• Working experience with MS SQL Server and related services (e.g., SSRS).
• Proven experience using T-SQL syntax.
• Good understanding of Service Management Processes (ITIL).
• Understanding of manufacturing and logistics business processes is an asset.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work within a large cross-regional team.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to cope with stress and workload.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call support model.
• English language is mandatory to be able to communicate with in the international team.
• Czech language to be able to communicate with local business, vendor
