Information Security Expert

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Information Security Expert to play a key role in both daily operations and strategic projects within our information security program. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving our Information Security Management System (ISMS). Your work will help ensure the protection of our information assets, maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and support business objectives by minimizing risk across the organization.

This is you

• Bring 5+ years of progressive experience in various information security roles, demonstrating a solid track record in the field.
• Apply a strong understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and industry best practices to real-world challenges.
• Hold relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CompTIA Security+, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer—or be willing to pursue them.
• Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, contributing to a culture of shared security responsibility.
• Demonstrate working proficiency in Czech or Slovak.

This is your role

• Maintain alignment with information security policies, government and EU regulations, legal and industry standards (ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, DORA, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Preparation of management system review for ISMS Committee in accordance with standard.
• Cooperation with other team members of information security team responsible for ISMS in other regions.
• Provide support during internal & external security audits and assist with remediation activities.
• Support company business requirements and act as information security SME person to go within assigned region.
• Mergers & acquisitions support and participation on due diligence process for information security and data privacy domains.
• Work closely with internal Business Development, Delivery and People & Corporate functions.
• Pre-sales support as required along with continuous guidance in terms of information security for business delivery.
• Ensure effective communication with the business leads and maintain frequent communication channel to all employees.
