Trainee in Customer Service

What can you do when you join us:

• Perform activities connected with serving customer needs - processing customer telephone orders, entering orders and information into the SAP system
• Cooperate with sales team and colleagues in customer service department
• Perform necessary administration associated with the position
• Support project initiatives

What we expect from the candidates:

• High level of communication skills
• Good MS office package use and keen to learn new systems (SAP)
• Proactive thinker with ability to learn and adapt fast
• Willingness to cooperate with colleagues within and across teams
• Ambition to grow and drive improvement changes
• Focus on driving excellent service
• Good level of written and spoken English

What we can offer you:

• Part-time work (DPČ) - 20 hours per week (spread throughout the week, can be adapted to your needs, with preference of Mon/Tues availability)
• The position is suitable for university students and may serve as great experience in logistics, customer service and communication with customers
• Opportunity to gain work experience in an international company and to get an idea of how the FMCG business works
