We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to perform daily legal tasks that will support our legal team.

Your role

• Prepare legal documents;

• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to the staff and the clients.

• Ensure compliance of the company’s documents with all the legal regulations and procedures;

• Keep up-to-date with the changes in legislation of the country and prepare announcements if requested.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and other business partners under the supervision of a lawyer;

• Drafting letters and other required documents for the respective state agencies;

• Supporting case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials;

• Organising materials for the team case review.

• Assistance with client disputes and reporting;

• Representing customer companies in state agencies;

• Carrying out basic research on specific tax and legal matters;

• Perform other tasks on request from the Head of Legal Department.

What are we looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree are assets.

• 1 year of experience as a junior lawyer

• Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian).

• Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
