Summary:

· We are looking for Lead and Senior Scrum Master for interesting international project with crypto business in the scope

· You will work for top international company, well-known brand, successful, financially strong and stable

· You are joining the project team, as the key member of the agile delivery team, supporting the future development and improvement of the existing product, which is in production for a few years already

· Major development occurs on backend side, which is created using Python. Primary tasks are related to crypto currency specifics accommodation to calculate proper balance reports

· Full remote work with some occasional presence in company office in Prague

· Long time cooperation on IČO (Business ID)

· Work in Agile methodology

· Start date: ASAP or upon agreement, possible to star for part time

· Working language is English

· Your price: 9000-10000 CZK/MD, based on your knowledge and experience level

· We pay your invoice within 3 working days

Requirements:

· Senior level experience in Scrum Master position in bigger and complex international projects

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure

· Hands on experience using the ADO environment

· Focus on getting things done

· Consultant mindset

· Customer focus

· Regular working time: Minimum till 6pm, nice to have till 7pm CET

· Excellent English

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives

· Facilitate effective communication within a cross-functional development team

· Cooperation with technical lead and product owner

· Support of successful development and delivery

· Continuous improvement of agile practices within the team

· Coaching team members and the product owner in Scrum principles and values

· Participation in capacity planning and workload management

· Coordinating of team meetings and cross-team retrospectives

· Tracking retrospective action items and ensuring they are incorporated into the continuous improvement backlog and addressed in future sprints

· Cooperation on the risk assessments and mitigation plans
