Business Analyst (Fulltime) – Global Pharma Leader

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international Agile team working with one of the world’s top pharmaceutical companies. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital products that support healthcare innovation across the globe.

???? Location:
Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite at MSD Five Office Building, Na Valentince, Prague 5 – Smíchov

???? Type of Cooperation:

Full-time employment (HPP only)
Long-term project

???? What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Analyze feedback and data to drive product improvements
• Support the Agile team in defining edge cases, workflows, and dependencies
• Lead product demos and help drive user adoption
• Contribute to demand planning and strategic materials
• Bridge communication between business, IT, and development teams

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, requirement elicitation, and functional detailing
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data
• Experience writing clear, actionable user stories
• Confidence to lead workshops, gather feedback, and support decision-making
