For a global life sciences company, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), cash management, and financial technology implementations: SAP S4/HANA. The role focuses on leading end-to-end treasury system implementations, banking integrations, and automation projects, bridging finance and IT to deliver impactful, compliant solutions.

What will you do:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for treasury system implementations, migrations, and enhancements (requirements gathering, design, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support).

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with treasury/finance objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Treasury, IT, Accounting, Banking Partners) to ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Serve as the SME for TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury, Bloomberg, or similar), ensuring optimal configuration for cash flow forecasting, payments, liquidity management, and hedge accounting.

• Lead integrations between TMS, ERPs (e.g., SAP S4/HANA, Oracle), banking APIs, and third-party fintech solutions.

• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with vendors for resolutions.

• Identify opportunities to automate treasury workflows (e.g., bank reconciliations, FX trades, debt management).

• Ensure compliance with SOX, IFRS, and internal controls in system design.

• Develop user training materials and conduct workshops for finance teams.

• Monitor project risks (e.g., data security, regulatory changes) and escalate mitigation plans.

• Track KPIs (system uptime, process efficiency gains, cost savings) and report to senior leadership.  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in project management, preferably in treasury/financial systems.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S4/HANA, TMS platforms (SAP Treasury, Kyriba, FIS, etc.) and banking protocols (SWIFT, ISO 20022).

• Strong understanding of treasury operations/finance expertise: cash management, FX, debt/hedging, IFRS/SOX compliance, risk management, FP&A systems (Anaplan), business process management

• Proven track record in delivering complex finance/IT projects on time and within budget.

• Able to engage and communicate with senior leaders on strategy

• Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies; JIRA/Confluence experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for finance stakeholders.

• Experience with API-based banking integrations (e.g., EBICS, host-to-host).

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, EMIR).

• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
