An international and fast-growing fintech company is currently implementing Workday (Finance module). Were looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager with experience with data migration for Finance to join already ongoing implementation, with start as soon as possible.

What will you do:

• Lead the Workday Finance implementation across 25 group entities

• Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live planning

• Use SharePoint/JIRA to manage deadlines, deliverables, and team visibility

• Ensure timely delivery with a structured, mostly waterfall approach

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with Workday implementation, ideally Finance module

• Strong background in data migration and system testing

• A proactive, assertive leadership style - not afraid to push forward

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English
