What you’ll be doing:
Manage orders like a pro: From intake through production to delivery - smooth execution is the goal.
Own customer communication: Clear and fast responses are key, even when things go sideways.
Collaborate across the company: You’ll be working with production, logistics, and sales to make sure orders run flawlessly.
Improve systems and processes: We’re not a corporation - if you have an idea, we test it right away.
Onboard new customers: A smooth start makes a lasting impression - and you’ll make it happen.
Think ahead: Keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and feedback so we’re always getting better.
What we expect from you:
You can manage your day, communicate confidently, and handle English with ease.
You like to work efficiently and think beyond the obvious.
You’ve got a good eye for detail but also handle pressure and speed.
You already know a thing or two about order management - or you’re eager to dive in and learn.
Nice to have (but not a dealbreaker):
Experience with ERP systems, Google Workspace, or POHODA.
Understanding of manufacturing or logistics environments.
Previous experience in a similar role? Awesome. If not - we’ll teach you everything you need.
