Are you an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Project Manager ready to drive real large-scale digital transformation across an international enterprise in the insurance/financial sector? This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a group-wide rollout of ServiceNow across dozens of subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe.

The organization is building future-proof IT service management processes, and you will help shape how IT services and processes are deployed in ServiceNow and adopted across the group.

What will you do:

• Join a rollout stream focused on ITSM stream within the ServiceNow platform.

• Be part of a transformation program running across over a hundred companies, interacting with 3-4 streams.

• Be responsible for planning and contributing to delivering ITSM processes deployments into group entities and aligning with other PMs and stakeholders across multiple rollout streams.

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in agreed scope and quality.

• Build and maintain rollout plans for individual initiatives and projects.

• Coordinate internal teams and vendor partners (several delivery partners, 50-100 stakeholders).

• Monitor agile Visual Task Boards within the ServiceNow  Agile module.

• Participate in projects & initiatives planning and governance.

• Track risks, dependencies, and decisions - and escalate where needed.

• Act as the go-to person, ensuring momentum and accountability in delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of senior-level IT Project Management experience in the corporate sector.

• Comfortable in a fast-changing, less-structured environment.

• Experience with ServiceNow in IT Service management..

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum,  ITIL, and enterprise environments.

• Strong ownership and delivery mindset - you drive outcomes, not just tasks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (board-level exposure a plus).

• Assertiveness, reliability, and a hands-on approach.

• Fluent English

• Previous experience with ServiceNow rollouts.
