Are you ready to lead and inspire an agile development team? We’re looking for a skilled Scrum Master to guide our 12-member team to success. With an opportunity to work in our vibrant Prague office, you’ll be at the forefront of driving team productivity and innovation.

Náplň práce

• Lead standups, sprint meetings, and SAFe reporting to keep the team on track.

• Assist team leaders with organizational tasks and support them in achieving team goals.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with Croatian management.

Požadujeme

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Fluent English skills for engaging in conversational English (25-50% of the time).

• Self-motivated and proactive in driving team success.

• Ability to work at least 3 days per week in our Prague office.
