Are you ready to drive innovation and build lasting customer relationships in the automotive sector? Autoneum, a global leader in acoustic and thermal management solutions, is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Škoda customer team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with customers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage business cases in coordination with internal teams.
  • Be a key player in the program team for Škoda, overseeing all technical and commercial changes.
  • Actively identify business growth opportunities and drive order generation.
  • Ensure profitability and compliance while delivering high-quality service and solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Represent Autoneum as a trusted partner and innovation leader in the automotive sector.


What You Bring:

  • Solid experience in the automotive industry, ideally in sales, claim management, or business development.
  • Technical background (Automotive Engineering or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, Czech (native-level preferred), and German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PLM tools.
  • A strong understanding of compliance, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.
