Are you a student eager to dive into the world of procurement? Join us as a Junior Purchasing Specialist and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global organization - all while continuing your studies.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of purchasing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management in a supportive team environment.

What you´ll do:

  • Support the procurement team by ordering materials based on production needs
  • Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and evaluate supplier offers to ensure optimal solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers – oversee lead times, pricing, payment and delivery terms, and buffer levels
  • Ensure on-time order confirmations and deliveries
  • Monitor and support optimal inventory levels and competitive pricing
  • Assist with various operational and administrative procurement tasks

What we are looking for:

  • A student who can commit to 15–20 hours per week, with a hybrid work model (partly in-office, partly remote)
  • A proactive, independent worker with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools is a plus
  • Some knowledge of procurement or logistics is an advantage, but not required
