About the Role

We are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist to become member of our team for our office in Prague within BU Health & Medical

What You Will Do

  • Processing of customer orders and making sure they are dispatched, invoiced and paid accurately and on time in relevant system according to defined process and standards (order to billing)
  • Answering internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times and the order status. Making sure that these enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately
  • Communication with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints
  • Entering of data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries or activities and/or generate sales reports and statistics
  • Dealing with special and/or more complex enquiries from customers
  • Making calculations and analyses to accurately compile and report statistics and provide recommendations

Who You Are

  • Experience with in SAP
  • University degree (or High School) in Economics, Logistics or similar field
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Czech and English
  • Customer and Consumer driven
  • Previous experience within Customer Service is a plus
  • Previous experience in a international company is a plus
