The HR & Training Specialist for Marionnaud CZ & SK plays a key role in supporting HR operations and talent development across both countries. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, managing internal and external training programs, and ensuring accurate employee data administration. The Specialist also oversees payroll processes in Slovakia, supports compliance with labour laws, manages key benefit platforms, and contributes to Group-wide HR initiatives such as DEI, performance management, and cybersecurity.
Experience and skills required
- 2–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably covering both recruitment and training coordination
- Familiarity with Czech and Slovak labour laws and HR practices
- Experience with HR platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
- Basic experience in payroll coordination or working with external payroll providers
- Exposure to Group-level or multinational HR initiatives (e.g., DEI, performance reviews, internal communication)
- Fluent English and local language proficiency (Czech or Slovak)
Job aims = Main responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain and update employee records in internal HR systems
- Assist with payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
- Support compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
- Help implement HR initiatives such as performance management, DEI programs, and employee engagement activities
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support the overall employee experience
- Organize and coordinate training sessions (online and in-person) for various employee levels
- Manage the internal training calendar, liaising with department heads and training providers
- Create and upload e-learning content using platforms like Rise Articulate 360 or similar
- Track and report on training participation and completion rates
- Support the roll-out of Group training initiatives and global L&D programs
- Promote a learning culture by encouraging skill development and continuous learning
- Keep in regular communication with the sales network
- Encourage the promotion of staff members
- Manage the LinkedIn account
- Cooperate with cross department teams on various initiatives
- Keep the supervisor up to date on the company’s industrial relations climate
- Oversee payroll management process in SK, in cooperation with local payroll provider
- 2 years contract with possibility of extending. Replacement for maternity leave.
