Your role
As HR Manager you will be the go-to person for all matters related to people, processes and HR policy. You work closely with the local management team and serve as the key link to our international HR colleagues and external stakeholders such as legal advisors, government authorities and payroll providers.
You know how to translate HR strategy into day-to-day operations and bring structure to a dynamic environment. You monitor HR budgets, analyse data and ensure accurate and timely reporting to both internal stakeholders and public institutions. You also manage benefit programs and help maintain compliance in areas such as labour legislation, health policies and ESG goals.
In this role, you lead a small local team, including one receptionist and a recruitment specialist. This is a great opportunity to apply your HR expertise broadly and make real impact for both people and organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Advise local management on workforce planning, job changes, compensation and employee life cycle topics;
- Coordinate recruitment processes in cooperation with internal and external partners;
- Prepare and analyse HR budgets and provide HR reporting;
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures;
- Oversee medical check-ups, employee absence and related support programs;
- Support audit preparation and prepare reports for authorities and management;
- Organise onboarding, training and engagement initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic HR professional who can connect strategic goals with daily operations. You understand how to position HR within a management team and feel comfortable working independently in an international environment. What we also value:
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Organisation Studies or related field;
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager;
- Knowledge of labour law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting;
- Experience in project-based work in a results-driven (high-performance) environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Czech and English;
- A proactive and confident attitude, with flexibility in communication style.
