We are a well-established team based in Prague (Czech Republic), developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies. We constantly seek ways to advance the industry using the latest technologies and trends (such as whole-world simulations, motion tracking, VR, and AR).

We are looking for a C++ programmer for our AI team based in Prague.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, implement, document, and maintain new and existing systems. Develop innovative software solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and online.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Partner with Developers, Stakeholders, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality solutions within the expected timeframe, utilizing your expertise and judgment.
  • Engage with customers to understand their use cases and identify cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in software development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in C++.
  • Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and time complexity.
  • Basic knowledge of linear algebra.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Game development.
  • Experience in AI development.
