We are looking for a new Sales Support Specialist International to join our International Sales team. In this position, you need to be comfortable speaking and writing in English on a daily basis. Additionally, if you also speak Slovenian, Croatian, or Serbian, it will be a big advantage. We are looking for a great team player who is reliable and takes excellent care of our clients' needs – foreign e-shops. What will be your Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with clients and handling their inquiries.
  • Setting up new client accounts and maintaining databases of contacts and potential partners.
  • Administrative management and updating of documentation, contracts, price lists, and internal system registrations.
  • Monitoring shipments in transit and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaboration with the marketing department, especially in acquisition activities and presentations.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, business statistics, and materials for client meetings.
  • Monitoring clients' payment behavior, preparing materials for debt collection, and supporting the payment allocation process.
  • Participating in the improvement of customer processes and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Recording and processing requests from the internal support system.
  • Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor and closely collaborating with colleagues within the sales team.
  • Supporting smaller clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Operational arrangements for parcel pickups from clients and overseeing the logistics process.

What we need from you:

  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of Slovenian/Croatian/Serbian is a big advantage.
  • Completed secondary education.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to clients.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Active knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
