What will you do as our Sales Manager?

Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate, group and leisure accounts

Develop strategic sales plans for assigned market sectors
Proactively seek new business opportunities and maximize revenue potential
Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales meetings, client events and fam trips
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors and market developments
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and other internal teams
Ensure client satisfaction through personalized service and communication
Accurately maintain records and client data in Opera Sales & Catering system
 
What we’re looking for:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in hospitality or similar service industries
Languages: Fluent in both English and Czech (spoken and written)
Skills:
- Strong sales, communication and organizational skills
- Independent and business-driven mindset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office; Opera knowledge is a plus
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
