We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain activities across global operations. Candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, managing strategic projects, and supporting key initiatives including budgeting, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting

Conduct various forms of analysis within the global E2E Supply Chain.

Perform physical process reviews, documentary audits, and systems analysis using tools such as SAP,

reporting software, and internal IT platforms.Support initiatives such as reporting, escalations, optimization, and strategic planning.

  • Global SCM Dashboard Ownership

Maintain and enhance the Global SCM Dashboard to track KPIs and ensure alignment with company targets.

Monitor and report on inventory performance, supplier reliability, capacity, MPS, SIOP, and master data quality (SAP DQIs).

  • Sourcing Desk & Supply Chain Item Management

Manage supply chain activities associated with sourcing (prototype and serial phases).

Ensure timely and efficient handling of supply chain items throughout development and production.

  • Global SCM Planning File Maintenance

Maintain and update the Global SCM Planning File to support budgeting and strategic decision-making.

Coordinate inputs such as sales forecasts, customer demand, capacity data, BOMs, routing, MRP, and supplier catalogues.

  • Special Projects & Escalations

Lead special escalations and business unit-specific projects with a focus on service excellence.

Core Tasks :

  • Provide direct support to the Head of Supply Chain to secure operations, achieve targets, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Take an active role during budget planning and strategic target setting for Business Unit (BU) plants.
  • Act as a support lead during disruptions and strategic projects, sharing knowledge and best practices across teams.
  • Foster communication and collaboration across departments and global stakeholders, guiding and motivating others.
  • Manage and deliver E2E supply chain projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, analytics, or project management within a manufacturing or global organization.
