Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented, analytically minded Project Manager to directly support the Chief Sales & Strategy Officer (CSSO). This pivotal role supports the execution of commercial strategy across global B2B markets and leads key initiatives aimed at enhancing sales team effectiveness, optimizing processes, managing CRM and performance metrics, and generating customer and market insights.

This is a cross-functional role offering exposure to executive leadership and collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations. It combines strategic project management with hands-on operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Market Insights

  • Contribute to development and implementation of global sales strategies across customer tiers (multinationals, mid-size, small clients), including:

- Unique value proposition articulation across segments based on customer behaviors, pain points, and purchase journeys.

- Pricing strategies aligned to market structure and procurement inputs

  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support strategic reviews of the product portfolio and conduct rationalization assessments and map portfolio to market needs.

Sales Operations and Process Optimization

  • Improve and systematize sales funnel management, including:

- Development and oversight of sales KPIs, product cards, planning tools, and opportunity databases

- CRM optimization to improve pipeline visibility, data integrity, forecasting, and usage discipline.

  • Develop tool and lead initiatives around pricing governance, negotiation support, and pricing revisions for key accounts.
  • Support improvement of customer service experience.

Sales Team Enablement & Operational Support

  • Serve as day-to-day operational support for the CSSO in managing the sales team, ensuring alignment and execution on activities and deliverables.
  • Coordinate preparation, facilitation, and follow-up for sales meetings, target reviews, and pipeline updates.
  • Track action items and ensure accountability across sales managers and support functions.
  • Help ensure sales team adherence to planning tools, CRM processes, and KPI reporting standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Improve collaboration between Sales and internal departments (supply chain, production, procurement, R&D, controlling).
  • Assist in implementing strategic marketing activities: trade fair participation, LinkedIn campaigns, association memberships, etc.

Profile & Experience:

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in business or strategy consulting, project management, or sales operations.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment with exposure to international market is advantage
  • Strong analytical capabilities; proficient with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong management skills; able manage multiple stakeholders, juggle strategic initiatives and daily operations simultaneously and with discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language(s) are advantage especially Spanish, French or German.
