What are the main tasks of this role?
- Design, implement and maintain the business continuity management framework in all Youplus entities and branches together with local Subject Matter Responsible to take care about local (physical) BCM activities
- Adopt the business continuity management framework to the new DORA requirements (and vice versa) in a newly created team together with a DORA Manager and Outsourcing manager
- Conduct business impact analyses, trainings and exercises (especially in the context of DORA) in interaction with the ICS team
- Design, implement and maintain crisis management processes
- Represent BCM towards internal/external audit and supervisory authorities
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on BCM to ExCo and Board of Directors
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide advisory and guidance on BCM and crisis management topics
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including ICT, Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, Operations and representatives in the Locations to ensure alignment of all BCM aspects with overall business objectives
What should the ideal candidate have?
- Master or Bachelor level education in Business Administration, Risk Management, Security or similar
- 5 years of relevant work experience in BCM, Crisis Management, Security Risk-Management or similar
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of German language welcomed
