SENIOR HR SPECIALIST

In your future role

you will be part of the global HR team and support all company´s HR activities including global HR projects and programs as well as daily HR operations for the Holding. You will have a great opportunity to create interesting programs and participate in global HR initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Recruitment activities - advertising, pre-selections, coordination of the whole process
• Participation in design and delivery of global HR programs for the Group - especially in the people development area
• Support of Compensation and Benefits strategy creation and execution
• Preparation and execution of Group Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Survey
• HR reporting
• Work in internal HR system
• HR administration and support of monthly salaries pay-outs in cooperation with external payroll provider
• Communication and cooperation with external vendors

We are looking for

A proactive and positive person with previous experience in internal HR with:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in HR, economics, psychology or a related field
• Knowledge of Czech labour legistlation

• Fluent in Czech at a native level

• Good command of English language – B2 level or higher
• Knowledge of basic MS tools
• Orientation in the labour market and HR trends

• Strong attention to detail

• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Team player is necessary
• Target orientation
