Job details:

  • Managing seeds orders processing including related administration and system updates (receiving orders, releasing goods, invoicing and rebates)
  • Managing goods return, from customers and to supplier
  • Regular contact with customers and the warehouse as well as transport company and officials
  • Preparing reports (end-month close) and analyzes according to internal needs and requirements
  • Customer KPI measurement, complaint coordination
  • Collaborating on labels preparation
  • Managing the seasonal work in the customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Can-do approach and team player
  • Ability to communicate effectively and accurately process required tasks
  • Fluency in Czech language and minimum intermediate level of English language (both spoken and written)

Additional information:

  • Permanent work contract
  • Prague office based with flexibility to work from home
  • Desired start date 1st July 2025
