Job details:
- Managing seeds orders processing including related administration and system updates (receiving orders, releasing goods, invoicing and rebates)
- Managing goods return, from customers and to supplier
- Regular contact with customers and the warehouse as well as transport company and officials
- Preparing reports (end-month close) and analyzes according to internal needs and requirements
- Customer KPI measurement, complaint coordination
- Collaborating on labels preparation
- Managing the seasonal work in the customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Can-do approach and team player
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately process required tasks
- Fluency in Czech language and minimum intermediate level of English language (both spoken and written)
Additional information:
- Permanent work contract
- Prague office based with flexibility to work from home
- Desired start date 1st July 2025
