For our German Franchisee we are looking for a STORE MANAGER to assist customers in discovering our collection, where style, comfort, and accessibility come together in perfect balance.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
The Store Manager has to be responsible of the branch sustainability and turnover by managing the store and the salespeople according to the company’s instructions, target and values.
The resource is responsible to reach out the store’s turnover target. Specifically, the Store Manager is responsible for supervising the daily selling and operations of the shop, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly, effectively and on time.
KEY CHALLENGES
Team management Area:
- Responsible for training the team to improve the selling ceremony and to achieve objectives
- Salespersons engagement and development
- Leading and training team by example
Commercial Area:
- Reaching out the sales performance target
- Monitoring KPIs and taking in place action to achieve goals
- Building up the “action plan” in order to improve the stores performance
- Setting the goods inside the shop (layout) based on inputs coming from the company
- Managing windows display and sales area by following the Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of products, services and personnel
- Promoting the "can do" culture by remembering that different customers have different needs, and it is our aim not only to satisfy but to exceed them
Administrative Area:
- Cash management
- Management-payments (POS, top premium ticket plus, etc.)
- Reporting
Logistics Area - Stock management:
- Responsible of the stock and the stock inventory
- Documents (register daily fees/goods shipment)
- Responsible of the warehouse
