Join Our Team as a Hostess at Hilton Prague!

We are looking for an Hostess to join our Atrium Breakfast Restaurant at Hilton Prague. This role offers morning shifts (from 6:00).

What You’ll Do

1) Welcome and Engage with Guests

• Greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Recognize returning guests and personalize their experience.
• Manage seating allocations efficiently, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Escort guests to their tables, explain menus, promotions, and daily specials.
• Address special requests and communicate dietary requirements to the service team.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied, handling any concerns with professionalism.

2) Be Part of a Supportive Team

• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

3) Daily Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant reception and guest areas.
• Assist the service team when needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Accurately record transactions in the POS system and handle billing in line with hotel policies.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Share feedback and suggestions to improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn. While previous restaurant experience is a plus, full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse guests and team members.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in spoken English and Czech
