Job Description

• completes projects within the set time and budget
• manage the relationship with the client, vendors and all stakeholders during project realization phase
• present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• create a project schedule and timeline,
• onsite support during project realization (CZ, SK + occasionally foreign countries)
• attend site meetings to line up with the client & subcontractors
• determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
• solving issues raised during project realization phase
• controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts
• maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• cooperate and communicate effectively with project team members, clients and subcontractors to complete projects successfully
• subcontractors tendering
• subcontractors conditions and contracts negotiation

Is required

• using PC software (MS Office skills);
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry required
• driving license group B, willingness to travel
• technical understanding - reading technical drawings and refrigeration plans;
• understanding refrigeration design, and general control technology – nice to have
