Description of work:

  • Implement and maintain quality standards in accordance with industry standards and customer expectation
  • Drives elements of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
  • Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are met at all times
  • Manages teams and processes which deal with recording of findings and relay this information
  • Brainstorm ideas to increase productivity and performance while maintaining accuracy in quality
  • Make crucial decisions in favor of cost-efficiency without compromising on quality
  • Masters the quality of implementation of the processes in the workshops
  • Updates and disseminates the indicators related to the quality of the proucts and the costs in case of lack of quality
  • Performs internal product & process audits and shop floor review;
  • Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources
  • Experience and deep knowledge about methods used to resolve problems and find root causes (A3, Brainstorming, 8D, QRQC, PFMEA)
  • Skills and deep understanding 8D, APQP, QRQC
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
  • Escalate rapid response issues
  • Customer, Certification and all kind of audits preparation, participation and follow-up tracking
  • Direct communication and escalation management with the customer, supplier, headquarter

Our needs:

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Professional experience at least 5 years in Quality, 3 of which are on a managerial role
  • Language skills: fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent Computer skills – MS Office
  • FAI (First Article Inspection) experience considered as an advantage , APQP
  • Familiar with aeronautics standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Managerial skills and ability to motivate others
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality
  • Team Player and very good communication skills, business behavior
